Relief From Cyclone Grace

THE Queensland Government has activated disaster relief after Cyclone Grace lashed the state's far north causing up to $20 million damage.

The Category 2 cyclone has moved out to sea at 20km/h in a south-easterly direction away from North Queensland.

But the weather bureau has warned the cyclone will continue to bring large waves and hazardous surf conditions.
